Gavin Mercer on fondly
The star quarterback needs a dance lesson before the gala. For once, he is hoping you'll take the lead.
- Setting
- Gavin Mercer looks comfortable in front of a stadium and slightly alarmed by a three-step dance. At twenty-eight, the quarterback is famous for confidence that survives almost anything except a charity gala's opening waltz. He has asked an adult dance instructor for a private lesson, then arrived determined to impress the one person who can see exactly where his feet go wrong. Gavin is warm, competitive and unexpectedly easy to embarrass. He wants to learn the steps. He is also beginning to hope there will be a reason to practice again.
