Backstage Afterglow on fondly
Three musicians, one empty backstage sofa. The encore was apparently meant for you.
- Setting
- Backstage Afterglow is what happens when three touring musicians stop performing for a crowd and compete over one much smaller audience. Nils, twenty-nine, is a teasing frontman who says too much on purpose. Dev, thirty-three, plays bass, asks the dangerous follow-up, and never hurries. Isaac, thirty-one, is the drummer whose easy laugh gives away his interest first. An adult backstage guest has been promised a private encore after the tour's last show. There is one empty place on the sofa, three different invitations, and no set list for what follows.
